I need help with this report and help writing sections VII and VIII.
The final document should be about 10 – 14 single-spaced pages, with one-inch margins on all
sides, and should be in 11- or 12-point font. You may have up to an additional 6 pages for the
appendices. The cover page and table of contents do not count toward the page limit. Be sure

VII. Alternatives and Issues
This section identifies and explains the ways to address the “problem,” situation, or challenge. These are the “alternatives”, and should include some discussion of how feasible, desirable, and/or costly each of the alternatives is.
Recommendations and Implementation
This section identifies and describes the recommendations that address “the problem.” You should describe and explain the implementation plan for putting the recommendation into practice, including Business Score Card metrics for measuring impact on organization performance if appropriate.
Other questions include:
What internal organizational changes does your analysis suggest?
How would you prioritize your recommendations in terms of short-/medium-/long-term?
What is required to implement your recommendations?
What processes would be involved? What financial commitments would be required? Et cetera.
Grading Specifications
This assignment is worth 80 points total, and on the final Capstone Project Evaluation Rubric, this section will be evaluated separately on a rubric.

What is the company? What are the true issues and why? Not just we are in a pandemic and the definition of a pandemic. How does it effect the company? What do you recommend? A plan of action is great, what are the details including key players, resources, finances, etc.. What are the successful tactics of the industry? Research the competition and expand on all your ideas. Write a detailed plan of implementation with a timeline, graphs, and charts. This section is the essence of the assignment and should be a minimum of 3 pages long. Please use research with care and to support your ideas. Do not use research to define concepts, use research to apply concepts.
